I'm availing of your reseller package, question is.. is it possible/legal to use the same TOS / Terms of Service ThePrimehost has for their web hosting customers and put it on my own hosting site? And/or modified it? Thanks.

If you're a customer of ours, then yes you may use and rebrand our TOS, however we suggest that you ensure that the TOS fits your specific business needs. (i.e. you may want to have a legal professional go over the TOS to ensure it covers your specific needs as we can make no guarantees that our TOS will work for every host)
